4 steps to booking your inspection

Step 1Â
You have found your way to our site through a direct referral or a Google search.

We suggest you check out our services page and decide what is required.
Step 2
Schedule an appointment for us to come and perform your inspection.
Call direct or book online. We will then simply send you a couple forms to fill out and sign for acknowledgement.
Step 3
We will perform the inspection on site for a 3 hour time slot.
It can be completed with you or on our own. We will complete a visual report and then complete the full report that will then be sent to you upon payment.
Step 4
You will have the detailed information required to make an informed decision about the purchase of your home with your realtor. You can move ahead with the peace of mind from your upgraded knowledge.
